At NETSCREEN, company of the Digidelta group, we understand that the use of your personal data requires your trust. We are subject to the highest standards of privacy and will only use your personal data for clearly identified purposes and in accordance with your data protection rights.

The confidentiality and integrity of your personal data is one of our main concerns. This Privacy Policy establishes how DIGIDELTA uses the personal data of its customers and potential customers.

Digidelta Internacional – Import Export, S.A., with registered office at the Commercial Registry Office of Torres Novas under the single registration number 503 249 416 and legal person number – 503 249 416 (hereinafter “DIGIDELTA”), manages the website WWW.NETSCREEN.PT, a NETSCREEN trademark owned by DIGIDELTA.

Who is responsible for processing your personal data

DIGIDELTA is responsible for processing the personal data of its customers and/or potential customers who fill in their data and submit the Consent Form for Marketing Communications by DIGIDELTA through this Home Page.

In addition to Digidelta itself, there are companies that collaborate commercially in the distribution of Digidelta´s Products and Services, as commercial partners (hereinafter referred to as “Partners”). Although this Policy describes the use of your personal data, Partners may independently collect your data and have their own privacy policies, which determine how they will use it. Therefore, it is important that you read these privacy policies and, if applicable, you should contact the Partner directly regarding any changes or questions concerning their use of your personal data.

How do we collect your personal data

Your personal data will be collected and processed in the following situations:

  • If you fill in your personal data and submit the Consent Form on this Home Page;
  • If you purchase and/or use a DIGIDELTA product or service from DIGIDELTA and/or its Partners.

    If you have registered on one of NETSCREEN's websites, the following data may be used: details of how you used the website, the date and time and nature of your requests, your IP address, data about the device you use to interact with the website.

    How We Keep Your Personal Data Secure

    We use a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to help protect and maintain the security, integrity, and availability of your personal data.

    How long do we keep your personal data

    How to Change or withdraw your consent

    You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, with future effects.

    After total withdrawal of your consent statements, you will no longer be contacted and will not receive communications for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

    To withdraw your consent statements submitted to NETSCREEN, simply access the homepage again, fill in your personal data and submit the Consent Form again, selecting the check boxes according to your preferences. The last Consent Form submitted to NETSCREEN will prevail over all previous ones.

    Contact us, your data protection rights, and the right to file a complaint with your supervisory authority
